• What motivated you to join this partnership?

We were eager to connect with other thought leaders in behavioural science, at BEAR and beyond, to engage as partners in research aimed at developing frameworks of behaviour change and connecting these frameworks to the most pressing challenges of organizations. This partnership allows us the opportunity to expand our firm’s considerable research experience on these topics, which are of central importance to our business, in collaboration with academic and industry partners.

• What aspect of the research agenda are you most excited about?

The research agenda for this SSHRC Partnership Grant is exciting for BEworks, as it will afford us opportunity to collaborate with academic and industry partners, old and new, on research questions that are central to BEworks Method, practice, and philosophy. As a firm dedicated to science, it is essential that we contribute to the field by formulating novel research questions, engaging in empirical study in the field, and expanding the knowledge base surrounding the science of human behaviour.

• How do you plan to use the results from the research coming out of the partnership?

The results of the research, and their subsequent dissemination, will further solidify BEworks’ standing as a global thought leader in behavioural science, demonstrate our company’s commitment to rigorous scientific research, and showcase our efforts to transform the economy and society with scientific thinking.
